David Camarotto focuses his practice on general liability, construction litigation and product liability matters. He routinely represents clients in general liability matters including liquor liability and personal injury/wrongful death claims. David represents clients in complex multiparty commercial and residential construction matters and advises clients regarding defect claims, risk-shifting contractual provisions and pre-litigation case evaluation.

David received his undergraduate degree from Saint John’s University and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to practice, he clerked with the Honorable John Sommerville in Hennepin County District Court. David has been repeatedly named to the Minnesota Rising Stars list, is a Barrister in the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court, and a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
