Jon Marquet has a commercial litigation practice dedicated to complex matters, including matters involving intellectual property, unfair competition, product liability and healthcare law. He has successfully defended and prosecuted lawsuits involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and unfair competition, as well as lawsuits alleging defective products and toxic torts.

Jon previously practiced at Eiseman, Levine, Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, where he focused on commercial litigation and securities defense, and at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, where he focused on complex pharmaceutical and product liability defense.

Jon graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received his J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, New York and New Jersey.
