Casey Marshall focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, shareholder disputes and other business and commercial litigation. He is a former business owner in the financial services industry who now represents trustees and beneficiaries in trust and estate disputes, and business owners in shareholder and commercial disputes. He frequently educates audiences on avoiding and resolving trust and estate disputes and on disputes among shareholders in closely held corporations.

Casey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.  During law school he served as a legal intern for the Honorable John R. Tunheim and as a law clerk for Bassford Remele. Casey received his undergraduate degree from Concordia College where he studied business and English literature.
