Sarah Hoffman focuses her practice in the healthcare litigation and professional liability arenas. Sarah regularly represents healthcare organizations and professionals in medical malpractice, professional licensing and board matters. Her recent medical malpractice experience includes, but is not limited to, surgical, failure-to-diagnose cancer, and birth injury claims. She also has recent experience with the Affordable Care Act. Sarah is active in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Health Law Section.

Sarah received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Concordia College and her J.D. cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where she also served as Assistant Editor of the Law Review.  Sarah was a law clerk for the Honorable Shawn Moynihan in the First Judicial District Court.
