Christian Preus has more than 30 years of experience representing insurance carriers nationwide, focusing on complex insurance coverage issues and insurance bad faith. He has extensive experience in directors and officers liability coverage, professional liability coverage, general liability coverage, employment practices coverage, errors and omissions coverage, fidelity coverage, first party property coverage, fiduciary liability coverage, and a broad assortment of other property and casualty and special lines coverage. He assists clients with all aspects of claims handling and litigation, and with insurance policy drafting.  Christian also advises and represents religious organizations with regard to First Amendment rights and governance and employment issues.

On a pro bono basis, Christian has worked with many pastors and other church leaders who need legal help. He also has served on the board of a national church organization, two private universities, and a non-profit organization that funds religious materials written in native languages around the world.
