Some of the most recent appointments include the Baycol litigation, assigned by the Multi-District Panel to The Honorable Michael Davis; the Soo Line Derailment litigation, assigned by Hennepin County District Court Judge Tony Leung; and the Blue Cross v. Glaxo litigation, venued in Ramsey County District Court.
