Kyle Willems to Present on Trial Preparation

Bassford Remele Construction Practice Group Co-Chair Kyle Willems will present “Effectively Working with Opposing Counsel and Staff” at the Trial Preparation for Minnesota Legal Assistants Seminar on June 26, 2024. The presentation will address some of the latest technological developments in the construction industry and the legal risks they pose for contractors. It will also address contractor strategies related to contracts, insurance, and best practices to mitigate risks while utilizing these technologies to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and promote safe worksites.

Kyle Willems is a litigator primarily practicing in business and tort litigation. His business litigation practice mainly focuses on the real estate and construction sectors, where he guides clients through construction defect, mechanic’s lien, contract and quasi-contract, commercial, and general liability disputes. As a tort litigator, Kyle concentrates on complex cases that involve wrongful death, serious bodily injury, and substantial property damage.
