Representative Cases
- Representation of global computer-equipment company on appeal, obtaining a decision affirming and reinstating an $800 million arbitration award in a misappropriation of a trade secret dispute. Seagate Tech., LLC v. Western Digital Corp., 854 N.W.2d 750 (Minn. 2014).
- Representation of employee on appeal, obtaining a decision affirming that an employee terminated in violation of the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act may seek damages for wrongful discharge. Burt v. Rackner, Inc., 902 N.W.2d 448 (Minn. 2017).
- Representation of medical records provider on appeal, obtaining a decision affirming summary judgment on the grounds that the Minnesota Health Records Act does not confer a private cause of action. Larson v. Nw. Mut. Life Ins. Co., 855 N.W.2d 293 (Minn. 2014).
