Certified as a Minnesota State Bar Association Civil Trial Law Specialist, Barry represents clients in malpractice claims involving lawyers, accountants, and other professionals. His practice also includes contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, business competition claims, and other complex commercial litigation.
Barry has substantial courtroom and arbitration experience and has secured favorable results for clients in legal malpractice, business, employment, and shareholder matters. He is also a frequent CLE presenter on trial practice, ethics, risk management, and business litigation topics.
