Kimberly Dang Admitted to All Four New York Federal District Courts
Bassford Remele attorney Kimberly Dang has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, completing her admission to all four federal district courts in the state.
“One of the many great things our clients say consistently about Kim is that she is strategic and decisive,” said Patrick Newman, co-chair of the Consumer Finance Practice. “They count on her to jump in when quick action is needed and to make the right call in the process. These additional admissions allow Kim to bring her effective style of “New York Minute” lawyering to valued firm clients in complex financial services matters in the Northeastern United States.”
The Western District of New York requires attorneys to appear in person for admission. In a tradition unique to the Western District among New York’s federal district courts, newly admitted attorneys receive a lapel pin—a symbol of welcome and court pride.
Kimberly is a member of Bassford Remele’s Consumer Finance Practice Group, which defends financial institutions, creditors, collection agencies, and other businesses in consumer-protection litigation nationwide.
