Kyle Willems to Present at Minnesota Construction Summit

Bassford Remele Construction Practice Group Co-Chair Kyle Willems will present “High Exposure from High Tech: Preparing for Legal Risks Posted by High Tech Advancements in the Construction Industry” at the Minnesota Construction Summit on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. The presentation will address some of the latest technological developments in the construction industry and the legal risks they pose for contractors. It will also address contractor strategies related to contracts, insurance, and best practices to mitigate risks while utilizing these technologies to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and promote safe worksites.
