Kyle Willems Named Real Estate Lawyer of the Year

Bassford Remele is pleased to announce that Kyle Willems, shareholder, co-chair of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Practice Group, and member of the Board of Directors, has been named the 2025 “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. Kyle was recognized for his leadership on some of the region’s most significant real estate and construction projects, his success in resolving complex disputes, and his commitment to setting new standards of excellence in real estate law.
Kyle is a business litigation attorney who primarily guides businesses and business owners through disputes in the real estate and construction sectors. He is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Kyle is recognized as a Minnesota Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Top Lawyer by Minnesota Monthly, and is included in The Best Lawyers in America. In addition to his legal practice, Kyle is an active thought leader, serving on industry councils and committees, and regularly presenting and publishing for legal and industry audiences.
