Patrick Newman to Present on Economic Trends for the Credit and Collection Industry

NEWS

Bassford Remele's Consumer Law Defense Practice Group Co-Chair Patrick Newman will present at the inaugural Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association Education Webinar "Let's Do The Numbers" An Ode to NPR's Marketplace (But for Debt Collection) on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. He will do his very best impression of Kai Ryssdal, focusing on:

  • Recent economic trends and “take aways” for the credit and collection industry; and
  • Historic and recent litigation statistics affecting the credit and collection industry, thoughts on the “why” as well as best guesses for what the future may bring.

This first webinar will be “short and sweet” at only 30 minutes (a “speedrun,” as the kids might say). We hope you will carve out some time to tune in!
