Balancing Efficiency and Individualized Attention

Mass tort litigation often arises when multiple claims share common issues, but each client’s situation calls for careful, individualized attention. These cases can be national in scope, complex in structure, and highly technical in both procedural and substantive law. Our team understands how to manage these challenges, ensuring both efficiency in handling the collective litigation and focus on the specific facts of each claimant’s case.

We have extensive experience with mass tort litigation, serving in roles ranging from trial counsel to national coordinating counsel. Our ability to operate effectively in these roles comes from years of navigating the competing needs of courts, opposing counsel, and diverse groups of plaintiffs and defendants.
