Biography

Cameron Lallier’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in matters involving workouts, bankruptcy and the enforcement of security interests. His practice also includes representation of chapter 11 debtors.

Cameron represents financial institutions in commercial loan transactions and the restructuring of troubled loans. He has represented a variety of asset-based lenders and equipment lenders in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Cameron also represents many other financial institutions in both commercial and consumer regulatory and compliance issues such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Cameron also has experience working with purchasers of various companies and assets from chapter 11 debtors. He has worked with bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, and trade groups in a variety of cases both in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts.

Cameron recently served as the Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and as the Chair of the Bankruptcy Section’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to practicing law, Cameron worked in the commercial collections field. He is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law.
