Victoria C. Green

Biography

Victoria Green is an attorney who brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving construction projects and real property.

Before joining Bassford Remele, Victoria served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah Wheelock of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where she analyzed appellate matters, prepared bench memoranda, and drafted and revised judicial opinions. She also had the privilege of serving as a judicial intern at the Court of Appeals, working under the now Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Her prior legal experience also includes drafting appellate briefs and district court motions, negotiating deals, and preparing for trial. This broad foundation strengthens her ability to assess complex issues, develop strong legal arguments, and guide matters efficiently. Before becoming an attorney, Victoria spent five years working in regulatory and quality roles within a highly regulated industry, giving her valuable insight into complex regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance considerations that inform her approach to practice.
