  • Representation of long-term care facility, obtaining dismissal of a claim for alleged violations of a resident’s rights under the Federal Nursing Home Reform Act. Fiers v. La Crosse Cty., 132 F. Supp. 3d 1111 (W.D. Wis. 2015).
  • Representation of long-term care facility’s staff, obtaining an award finding no liability in an alleged physical and sexual abuse of a nursing home resident.
