He researches experts, interviews witnesses, and prepares materials for depositions and subpoenas duces tecum, while reviewing and summarizing a wide range of technical and discovery materials for production. Chad also drafts client updates and reports, liaises with client claims departments and local counsel nationwide, and is proficient with leading e-discovery, case management, and document management platforms.
Chad has experience compiling documentation and client information to support a variety of claims and transactions. He prepares detailed daily correspondence for attorney communications and serves as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining matter profiles and recording all communications.
Chad has also drafted a wide range of litigation documents, including complaints, initial disclosures, discovery, expert disclosures, subpoenas, jury instructions, special verdict forms, and joint statements of the case. He has diligently organized exhibits for production and trial, analyzed settlement documents for accuracy and completeness, and provided broad litigation support through medical record review, document management, and factual investigation.
Chad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and his ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College. His background in journalism complements his legal work by enhancing his written communication, fact development, and document review skills.
