Holly N. Lechner

Biography

Holly Lechner is a litigator, focusing in health care and intellectual property law. Before pursuing her legal career, she worked in the law department of a Minnesota nonprofit health care provider and insurance company, where she gained valuable experience proofreading contracts and drafting legal responses.

Holly has experience in many aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, trial preparations, taking depositions, and researching and drafting motions. Holly is passionate about providing high-quality service for her clients and works diligently to achieve a favorable result.

Holly earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During law school, she honed her leadership skills as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and excelled academically, earning the prestigious Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and multiple CALI Awards, including those for Trademark Law and Intellectual Property Litigation.
