Bassford Remele Shareholder Casey Marshall and Attorney Jessica Kometz will present “Damages, Damages, Damages: Understanding the Possible Outcomes in Probate Litigation” at the 2023 Probate & Trust Law Section Conference on June 12, 2023.
Casey Marshall is a litigator who represents corporations and individuals in commercial disputes, and navigates families, businesses, and individuals through trust and estate conflicts. In addition to Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, Casey was recently admitted to practice in South Dakota. He is a member of the Twin Cities and Sioux Falls Estate Planning Councils.
Jessica Kometz maintains a practice focusing on assisting families, businesses, and individuals in maneuvering through trust and estate conflicts, as well as in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation.
