Two esteemed members of Bassford Remele's employment team will be presenting at an important upcoming seminar.

Danielle Fitzsimmons, shareholder and co-chair of our employment practice group, along with attorney Beth LaCanne, will be presenting at The Employment Law 60 seminar. Their session will cover “The Family and Medical Leave Act and Minnesota Earned Safe and Sick Time.”

In addition, they have updated Chapter 8 of "The Employment Law 60” publication, providing valuable insights into these essential topics.

Danielle Fitzsimmons is co-chair of the Bassford Remele Employment Law Practice Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling, representing employers in managing risk, creating and implementing employment policies and agreements, and defending claims arising out of employment relationships.

Beth LaCanne is a litigator focusing her practice in the areas of employment litigation/advice, professional liability, and general liability. She also advises clients faced with accommodation requests, difficult employees, and terminations. Beth is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
