Firm Holds Monthly DEI Awareness Event on ADA and Human-Trafficking
NEWS
On July 18, 2022, Bassford Remele continued its monthly “DEI Awareness Event” initiative which promotes awareness of the diverse cultures and perspectives which make the firm great and highlights ways in which the firm can support the community. In addition to discussing timely topics, food is by local minority-owned businesses.
A Bassford DEI Team subcommittee of Kyle S. Willems and Tia Blatcher hosted a luncheon and discussed the Americans with Disabilities Act and the issue of Human Trafficking, both of which are nationally recognized in the month of July. Attendees enjoyed lunch from Sammy’s Avenue Eatery (www.sammysavenueeatery.com) and dessert from Cheesecake Funk (www.cheesecakefunk).
Bassford Remele proudly serves as local and national counsel for many major corporations and Fortune 500 Companies and is a go-to litigation firm representing local, national, and international clients in state and federal courts across the region.
