Jennifer Bovitz is a trial and appellate lawyer with decades of experience. She has demonstrated success in serious criminal, complex civil and appellate matters. Jennifer has successfully obtained full defense verdicts for healthcare clients and dismissals of regulatory complaints.

Jennifer litigates and serves as trial counsel in medical and legal malpractice cases and represents professionals in regulatory matters before the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, Board on Judicial Standards, and all health licensing Boards. As a former prosecutor, Jennifer gained significant jury trial experience prosecuting serious felonies. In addition to her criminal and civil litigation and trial experience, Jennifer is an experienced ethics lawyer who served as a Managing Attorney at the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, where she investigated and litigated attorney discipline and reinstatement matters. Jennifer incorporates wellness into all of her representations to ensure her clients are well-prepared for the road ahead.

Jessica Klander's practice focuses on defending lawyers, financial entities, healthcare providers, and other organizations against consumer financial protection claims, malpractice, and professional liability claims. In particular, she counsels organizations on privacy, data security, and governmental and regulatory affairs. She advises and represents healthcare organizations, collection agencies, and law firms against state and federal regulatory inquiries, civil investigative demands, and consumer lawsuits. Jessica serves as president-elect of the Hennepin County Bar Association and is on the insideArm Legal Advisory Board.
