Patrick Newman is a commercial litigator who defends members of the financial services industry. He regularly represents credit and collection professionals, repossession agents, background screeners, lenders, and fintech companies against consumer-protection lawsuits, including class actions. Patrick serves on the Board of Directors of the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association and is the MAP State Compliance Chair for Wisconsin. Patrick is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Benjamin Gilchrist is a litigation attorney, focusing his practice in the areas of construction, real estate, consumer law defense, and trust and estates litigation. Mr. Gilchrist has experience managing complex construction defect cases involving multiple parties. His practice includes taking depositions, preparing pleadings, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Mr. Gilchrist also has experience with land-use issues, including zoning disputes. He is licensed in Minnesota, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
