Overview
Ms. Thao supports attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation, from research through trial and beyond. Ms. Thao provides support in various areas of eDiscovery including, but not limited to, identification, collection, processing, review, production, and presentation. Ms. Thao brings more than 19 years of experience in the legal industry, and she is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist.
Ms. Thao is a cum laude graduate from Hamline University, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She also obtained her paralegal and eDiscovery certificates from Hamline University. Ms. Thao belongs to the Association of eDiscovery Specialists, the Minnesota Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Association, and Women in eDiscovery.
Ms. Thao is bilingual in English and Hmong.
