Mr. Olson is a commercial and employment litigator with a record of mediating, arbitrating, and trying a variety of disputes.

Mr. Olson represents businesses and other organizations-ranging from Fortune 500s to smaller companies and non-profits-across trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration and mediation venues. He regularly secures favorable outcomes for clients at mediations towards the outset of litigation. When litigation persists, he represents clients in trials-including jury trials. And when results have been challenged on appeal, Mr. Olson has achieved both affirmances and reversals for clients from state and federal appellate courts.

He also counsels and trains employers and other lawyers across a spectrum of employment-related topics, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour claims, and non-competes and restrictive covenants.

Mr. Olson graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he now serves as an adjunct professor.
