Overview
Ms. Meidl teams with attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation, from eDiscovery through trial. She regularly supports federal and state court trials, often handling electronic presentation of evidence. Ms. Meidl also assists with discovery requests, discovery responses, and document productions – and also manages and summarizes medical records, and investigates expert witnesses.
Ms. Meidl received her undergraduate degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology and Deviance, from the University of Minnesota, and her paralegal certificate from Hamline University, where she was a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society.
