Overview
Natalie Thomas is a litigator, focusing her practice on construction and real estate law.
Natalie has experience in all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation through post-trial motions, including preparing initial case evaluations, drafting pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, mediation-related materials, taking depositions, and researching, drafting, and arguing motions. Natalie also has experience reviewing contracts and related documents to advise clients on litigation and transactional matters.
Natalie graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she was a member of the Giles Rich Sutherland Moot Court Team and United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) Patent Drafting Competition. Natalie continues to support oral advocacy programs, by serving as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law for the Moot Court Program. Natalie is also the Vice Chair and Chair Elect for the UST Intellectual Property and Data Privacy Advisory Board which helps promote a connection between practicing attorneys and law students in the areas of civil litigation, IP, and Data Privacy.
