Overview

Ms. Chudasama is a skilled litigator who has represented individuals and entities at all stages of litigation, including on appeal. Ms. Chudasama focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, and general liability. She has significant experience in cases involving professional malpractice, vehicular collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, fires/explosions, and products liability.

Ms. Chudasama graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she had the opportunity to intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael J. Gableman. She was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and part of an award-winning team in an international moot arbitration competition. Ms. Chudasama won the Steward Macaulay Award for Excellence and Leadership in Contract Law.

Ms. Chudasama is the Past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Professional Regulation Committee. She was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the No-Fault Standing Committee and is an active no-fault arbitrator. Ms. Chudasama has also been active in the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has served on the Board of Governors, including as Chair of its Governance Committee, as well as the Nonresident Lawyers Division Board as President.
